What's the best way to contact Prodigy?

We only operate as a part time company, meaning our hours vary from day to day. The reason for this is that our current offering is after school & school holidays. Our quickest form of reply to any type of query is via a social media message.

Do you accept childcare vouchers?

Unfortunately we do not accept childcare vouchers for any of our current services. We operate as a sports coaching specialist and not a childcare provider.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds, however we do offer a credit notes for future bookings so long as the request has met the terms & conditions of the original booking.

What should my child bring? (Football Camps)

All children attending camps require the following: 

Boots & Trainers, Snacks, Lunch, Water Bottle, Suitable outdoor clothing for the weather, Spare clothes (if bad weather or your child often has toilet accidents)

What should my child bring? (After School Clubs)

All children attending clubs require the following: 

Suitable sports clothing, Trainers (Boots as well, if on a football club), 1 snack, Water Bottle.

What if I need someone else to collect my child?

We understand that as parents, things can change at the blink of an eye. On our camps we require a unique password to be given each morning when you sign in. The collector must let us know this password when collecting, but if you do know in advance please let us know via call, text, email or when dropping off. 

For clubs, please notify us via the same means but if at short notice please give us a call and leave a voicemail if we are unable to answer.
